This European-style chef's knife offers a wide range of customization options. It features a 10" feather-pattern Damascus blade made from a blend of 1084 and 15n20 carbon steels.

The handle is expertly contoured with black G10, copper spacers, and stunning Ironwood Burl, a wood native to the Sonoran Desert in the southwestern United States. The Spire is Trevor's interpretation of the renowned David Lisch design.
